Refunds, returns & order cancellations

Shopping with us online? Then you are covered by The Consumer Contracts Regulations. These make sure you have an opportunity to cancel your order if the goods aren’t what you expected.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive it. Please tell us straight away if you wish to do this. Just email quoting your order number.

Refunds and exchanges
In order to make a refund or exchange, the goods must be returned to us at the earliest opportunity, in a saleable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s) within 14 days of cancellation and to pay return shipping costs.
Upon receipt of the unused, undamaged item(s) we will be happy to refund the cost of the item(s) or send out a replacement product.
Please note that due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange any used products.
Should the occasion arise where we have sent out the incorrect e-liquid, we will happily send out a replacement. Exchange will be made upon confirmation of the incorrect product immediately, at no additional cost to the purchaser and may refund the delivery charge.

Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event that an item is faulty when received, please contact us before returning the item so we can arrange the most convenient replacement process.
In the event that we require the item to be returned to us then this should be done within 14 days.
Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will happily send out a replacement and refund any reasonable cost incurred when returning the item to us. A full refund for faulty goods is also available.

Please note that all of our batteries, chargers, tanks and mods have a 30 day warranty that covers electrical faults only. Damage to goods as a result of incorrect use or physical damage and wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.
