Returns Policy

If you change your mind for whatever reason, we will refund or exchange your purchase. Please make sure you return the product(s) unused, undamaged and in the original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving the order.

What can’t be returned

The items below are excluded from our goodwill returns policy unless faulty or not as described:

  • Coils
  • Opened bottles of liquid
  • Personalised products

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Terms and Conditions

  • If you have changed your mind about an unused item, simply return it in the original packaging and in a sellable condition for an exchange or full refund.
  • This includes any sale or promotional items.
  • Unless faulty this should be done within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • We will refund back to original payment method.
  • We will only refund the cost of the returned items.
  • Undamaged (excludes normal examination of the product as you might have done in store)
  • This does not affect your statutory rights


Methods of Payment and Refund

Your item will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Credit / Debit Card – Your refund will go back to the same card you purchased on.
PayPal – This will be debited into your PayPal account straight away.
Giftcard or Online Credit – This credit will be added back onto your account and will be available to use against your next purchase.

Returning an Item that’s not Faulty

Your purchases over the phone or online are protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Whether the product is not what you expected or you simply changed your mind we are more than happy to cancel or exchange your order without any questions asked. This regulation allows you to return an item to us up to 14 days after delivery. All we ask is that you make sure the products(s) in a sellable condition and with their original packaging.

You’ll be refunded back to your original payment method. We will process your refund as soon as the item has come back to us. Depending on the payment method this can take up to 5 days.

For Unused non faulty item(s) please send us an email (get email) to confirm you are returning the item(s) and post to the following address.

We recommend you use a tracking service to return any item.

These regulations do not apply to coils or juices as these are perishable items. We cannot return personalised items due to issues with reselling them.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights

Returning a Faulty Item

In the unlikely event your item does stops working any time during a 6-month period (not including coils and liquids) we will get you back up and vaping with an exchange up to the value of your original purchase price.

Our goal is to resolve all problems arising out of manufacturing defects with minimum fuss and as quickly as possible.

If you feel you item is not working as it should or you need advice and support please do not hesitate to get in touch with one of our experts by the support page, online chat, email (get email) or telephone (get number). We will need to confirm the fault and/or go through any fixes for the item before it is returned, we don’t want you to send something back when it may have been accidently put into sleep mode for example.
